Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees of the FRMS 2022 will be required to follow the most up to date guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. The FRMS 2022 Organizing Committee recognizes that guidelines at the national and state level are ever changing, but we intend to follow all safety precautions in place at the time of the symposium.

Please continue to check the information on this page for updated FRMS COVID-19 policies. Since FRMS takes place at CSU, these updates will follow those set in place by Colorado State University.

03/03/2022: The mask mandate on CSU’s campus was dropped on Thursday, March 3rd. As such, masks for FRMS are now optional, but encouraged. We recognize this may be subject to change depending on state and national guidance so please check back closer to the symposium date.

01/03/2022: Per CSU guidelines, in addition to previous requirements listed below, boosters will be required in order to achieve ‘fully vaccinated’ status.

12/1/2021: Currently, FRMS 2022 will be held in person and all attendees must be fully vaccinated and will be required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking. At this time, fully vaccinated means one dose of J&J or two doses of Moderna or Pfizer. In an effort maintain appropriate distancing, FRMS 2022 will have reduced attendance compared to FRMS 2019 with a maximum capacity of 120 attendees.
